Email info@aromametrics.com for help with AromaMetrics or the AromaMetrics app. Please include your name, your store, and the email you use to log in.
Employees Using the App
Getting started: your employer adds you and sends an invite to your email. Download the AromaMetrics app and log in with that email. There is no public sign-up.
Forgot your password: on the Log in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter the code sent to your email.
Schedule questions: your shifts come from your store. For changes to your schedule, contact your manager or use Messages in the app.
Notifications and texts: turn push notifications on or off in your phone's settings. Choose which texts you get in the app's settings, or reply STOP to any text to stop them.
