These terms describe the basic rules for using AromaMetrics. By using AromaMetrics, you agree to use the service for legitimate business operations and reporting purposes.
Service Purpose
AromaMetrics provides store-level operational visibility, reporting, workforce scheduling, and related tools for business users. The service is designed to help owners and managers review their own store data and workforce activity.
Customer Data
Customer data, uploaded reports, employee contact details, email addresses, phone numbers, scheduling records, and operational messages remain for AromaMetrics service use only. AromaMetrics does not sell this information.
Permitted Use
Users may access AromaMetrics only for authorized business purposes. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring that employee and store information entered into the service is accurate and appropriate for business use.
SMS And Communications
AromaMetrics may send service-related SMS messages for account setup, secure login links, Action Hub links, schedule updates, shift notifications, and operational communications.
Employees may reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages. Opting out may prevent delivery of required workforce communications. If you choose to opt out, please contact your employer regarding alternative methods of receiving required workforce communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No Resale Or Misuse
Users may not resell access to AromaMetrics, attempt to disrupt the service, misuse employee contact information, or use the product for unlawful activity.
Service Changes
AromaMetrics may update, improve, or change service features over time. We may also update these terms as the product changes.
