Information is used for AromaMetrics purposes only. This includes account access, reporting, workforce scheduling, employee Action Hub access, support, security, billing, troubleshooting, and product operation.
No Sale Of Information
AromaMetrics does not sell emails, phone numbers, employee information, uploaded reports, store data, or customer information. We do not use customer contact information for unrelated third-party marketing.
Mobile phone numbers are used only to provide AromaMetrics services and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS Communications
AromaMetrics may send transactional SMS messages related to your workforce account, including account setup, secure login links, Action Hub links, schedule updates, shift notifications, and operational communications.
Employees may reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages from AromaMetrics. Opting out may prevent delivery of account setup links, secure login links, schedule updates, shift notifications, and other workforce communications required to use AromaMetrics. If you choose to opt out, please contact your employer regarding alternative methods of receiving required workforce communications.
Message frequency varies based on your employer's use of AromaMetrics. Message and data rates may apply.
Service Providers
AromaMetrics may use trusted service providers to operate the product, such as hosting, database, payment, email, or SMS providers. These providers are used only to support AromaMetrics services.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect account and business data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to information based on service need.
