Delete Your AromaMetrics App Account

AromaMetrics is operated by ClearSpan, LLC.

Delete It in the App

1. Open the AromaMetrics app and log in.
2. Tap your profile button at the top of the Home screen.
3. Tap Delete Account, then Delete My Account.

Your account is deleted right away and the app returns to the Log in screen.

Ask Us to Delete It

If you can't use the app, email info@aromametrics.com from the email you log in with, with the subject "Delete my AromaMetrics app account." We will delete it and confirm by email.

What Is Deleted

• your app login (email and password)
• push notification registrations for your devices
• your app access and notification and text message choices
• every signed-in app session, which ends immediately

What Your Employer Keeps

Your employer's work records are kept because they are business and labor records: your employee record, shifts, time and payroll records, and past messages, Running Late and Call Out notices, and announcement answers. They are no longer linked to a login. Your employer can invite you to the app again later, which creates a new login.
